Believe it or not, most women miss their bumps after their baby is born. When you’re in the middle of being sick, lack of sleep, and growing out of yet another outfit you might not think it’s true. You may be counting down the days to be able to tie your own shoes again. But it’s true, this is a time where you feel baby’s every kick, hiccup, and can even feel when they are sleeping. This is a time where your precious baby is depending on only you, and where your bond with your baby began.

You may be surprised with how beautiful you feel during the session and after when you get your images back. Getting your pictures taken lets you see yourself from a new light. What a perfect reason to pamper yourself too. Get dressed up, get your hair, and makeup done. Hey maybe even a mani and pedi too. You are literally growing a HUMAN! Take a day to take it all in, and really recognize the miracle that is happening inside your body.

Have this time professionally documented for both yourself, and the new baby you are growing. After all this is a time the baby will never be able to witness themselves. A time where their  family eagerly anticipated their arrival, with love for them growing by the day.

Your body is doing a remarkable thing, and it is an incredible time to have documented, don’t let it pass you by.
